Current Endeavors
These are the current projects of Resort Advisors. All current projects are mixed used offering both luxury fractional as well as whole ownership components. They include marketing, selling and hospitality management contracts with independent developers and development companies. Also, listed are company-owned projects. Resort Advisors is unique to the business in that it works for others and also develops for its own account. That allows Resort Advisors to understand all the dynamics of turning a project from a business plan into cash.
